Hi! I’m Katie, a Doctor of Physical Therapy and a Yoga Instructor of 20+ years dedicated to helping individuals reconnect with their bodies through mindful, integrative care.
I’ve done advanced training in manual therapy, chronic pain, pelvic rehabilitation, somatic awareness, and breath-focused movement.
I work to blend evidence-based physical therapy with yogic principles to address the physical, emotional, and energetic dimensions of moving well through life.
My practice emphasizes integrating pelvic health, breath, and awareness training through exercise and education. My unique Milano Method combines deep body wisdom, a love of functional anatomy, and my passion for education and a blending of mind, body, and spirit for maximum success.
I treat musculoskeletal injuries or overuse syndromes, chronic pain, pelvic floor dysfunction, and neurological conditions in a variety of ways.
